Home Owner Management clients are typically owners of large homes or apartments who want to know that their property is being looked after while they are away, and will be ready to occupy as required on their return. The service meets the requirements of many insurance policies in respect of long term absence, and offers peace of mind that if something goes wrong, there is someone there to deal with it promptly.
