How do we do this..................?
The basic principle is the same as with any agent you choose, you get a market appraisal, Portfolio of picture taken to advertise the property on over 15 property websites, we will also carry out all viewings, conduct tenant referencing, as well as draw up tenancy agreements.
This however is where the similarities start to differ.
We also offer the new Tenant bond scheme, removing the hassle of dealing with deposits and protecting you for non payment of rent and damage to your property up to the value of £2,500, at no additional cost to you!

One unique service that we offer, is a 24 hour out of hours emergency telephone line for tenants, should they need to contact us outside of office hours or over a weekend, we have found this service to be very beneficial to landlords, tenants and letting agents who have not had to cancel a viewing or lost a let wasting time trying to find a plumber at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon.
We are proud to be a member of the Deposit Protection Service in line with recent legislation ruling that all deposits be registered, as we have registered for this scheme it means that our landlords do not have to do this, thus saving the form filling and most importantly the cost of registering, which can prove very expensive should you have a number of properties.
